Joins a program

This occurs when a lecturer or teaching assistant joins a program and begins the study phase at an external university.

Student Rights

1. Notifying the student of acceptance into the program after the registration decision is issued.
2. Providing students with proof of program enrollment.
3. Facilitating the process of obtaining financial guarantees for foreign universities.

Commitments

1. Not registering in more than one postgraduate program at a time.
2. Regularly communicating with the program management for all updates.
3. Staying informed about the program and attending its meetings.
4. Committing to apply to universities accredited by the Ministry of Education, the Department Council, and the College Council.
5. Informing the administration upon receiving acceptance from a foreign university.

Conditions for the External Universities

1. The foreign university must be one of those recommended by the Ministry of Education, based on the specialization and for the same academic degree.
2. For British universities, it should be among the top fifty universities in the respective specialization.
3. The university should have a high rating based on criteria such as the Shanghai Ranking, QS World University Rankings, and the Complete University Guide.
