  • Supervising the implementation and updating of the procedural guide for program management.
  • Supervising the financial benefits of students and supervisors.
  • Managing the procedures for dealing with tuition fees for international university students.
  • Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of the inventory for management and practical needs.
  • Providing the necessary resources for administration and research laboratories.
  • Supervising laboratories, including the provision of research supplies to students and equipment maintenance.
  • Overseeing the development of the joint supervision program website.
  • Collaborating with the Information Technology Department on administrative matters.
  • Ensuring the proper archiving of program documents in accordance with the administrative and financial regulations of the Documentation and Archives Center.
