- Supervising the implementation and updating of the procedural guide for program management.

- Managing the procedures for dealing with tuition fees for international university students.
- Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of the inventory for management and practical needs.
- Providing the necessary resources for administration and research laboratories.
- Supervising laboratories, including the provision of research supplies to students and equipment maintenance.
- Overseeing the development of the joint supervision program website.
- Collaborating with the Information Technology Department on administrative matters.
- Ensuring the proper archiving of program documents in accordance with the administrative and financial regulations of the Documentation and Archives Center.
