Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervising communication with international universities to establish new agreements with the program in accordance with the regulations of King Abdulaziz University.
- Supervising the preparation of agreements with international universities, including the program and university rules and regulations, and renewing them upon expiration.
- Supervising the registration process at universities and coordinating with external supervisors.
- Supervising the necessary procedures for visiting professors to participate in the program.
- Supervising the development plans for the Academic Affairs Unit and ensuring their implementation.
- Supervising students academic status and preparing reports.
- Creating an annual plan to improve and develop the unit workflow procedures.
- Coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate procedures within the Academic Affairs Unit after obtaining necessary approvals.
- Regularly reviewing and preparing updates on the accomplishments of the Academic Affairs Unit, as well as proposing development ideas and solutions.
