The studying system

Extension:

The student can extend the period of her study after finishing the official period according to the following order:

1. The first extension: it is given by the university's council depending on the permanent committee's recommendations. The extension is given for one year or less after the student finishes her study.  This call is dependant on the permanent committee for the program's graduate studies recommendations. An executive and administrative call is issued about this extension

2. The second extension: it is given by the university's council depending on the permanent committee's recommendations. The extension is given for one year or less after the student finishes her  first extension.  This call is dependant on the permanent committee for the program's graduate studies recommendations. An executive and administrative call is issued about this extension

3. The third extension: the university's council can extend the student's study for a third year ( which is the maximum length )depending on the permanent committee's recommendations.  This call is dependant on the permanent committee for the program's graduate studies recommendations. An executive and administrative call is issued about this extension

The study suspension

The permanent committee for the program of graduate studies recommends that the students should finish their study if they proved  to have suspended from their studies according to reports submitted by their supervisors according to the regulations in item 36
